On the product page, choose the available options (color, size, and others, if available) and upload the photograph you would like our team to transform for application on the product, making it unique and exclusive.
Finish the purchase by selecting the payment method and providing all the necessary information. Make sure your email is correct.
Within 1 day, you will receive the artwork created by our team of designers in your email for you to review and approve before production. You can request an unlimited number of revisions to the product.
Once you approve the design, we will start production and ship it to the address you provided at checkout. The delivery time depends on the location where the order will be delivered. You can see the estimated time on each product page.

Our team works daily to provide a personalized and fast service. We respond in less than 24 hours, although there may be times of the year when we may need a little more time. But do not worry, we will not keep you waiting long.

The photos must be sent in JPEG or PNG format. Always send with the highest possible quality. If the image that our team receives is not good enough for us to produce the design, we will contact you via email.

In our store we are always available to fully satisfy your request. That is why we do not only personalize people and animals. If you want to personalize names, logos, landscapes, etc., you can also upload them. In case of any discrepancies, we will get in touch. If you have questions about the image, you can talk to us first via email or through the chat of our online store.

Embroidered products can only be made in one color. Printed products can be done in more than one color.

After the purchase, our team sends an email with the order number. We also send the design for you to approve within 1 day. If you can't find our emails, check if you entered your email correctly or if it went to the spam folder. If you entered the wrong email, please contact us with the correct email.

Sometimes the products may arrive separately and on different days.
